Does anyone know if Mitchell County has an Adopt a Highway program? I don't think I have noticed any signs on the roads around Beloit and a lot of trash gets discarded in the road ditches. It would be awesome to have area businesses and volunteers sponsor highway sections and volunteer their time to keep our roadways clean!
