Alumni Committee: The Alumni Committee shall engage the alumni of Leadership Mitchell County in ways that encourage their continued involvement in Leadership Mitchell County and in the betterment of the area through their volunteer efforts and to provide opportunities for continuing leadership learning and development.

Marketing/Recruitment Committee: The Marketing/Recruitment Committee should be responsible for the important recruitment of potential class members for submission to the Board of Directors. The committee also works on raising awareness about the LMC program to individuals and business in Mitchell County and beyond.

Community Service Award Committee

Curriculum Committee: The Leadership Mitchell County Curriculum Committee shall be responsible for the planning and implementing the Leadership Mitchell County Program. The Curriculum Committee will facilitate Leadership Mitchell County participant growth through an established leadership criteria, such as the competencies from the Kansas Leadership Center.
